As a registered social worker and psychotherapist, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults (16-30) facing various mental health challenges including mood and anxiety disorders, emotion dysregulation, and issues with self-worth. I also support clients through navigating relationship difficulties, life transitions, school/work stress, and burnout.
My therapeutic style is client-centered & trauma-informed, and draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness & self compassion-based approaches —which are tailored to the clients individual needs. I enjoy integrating mindfulness-based practices in sessions if desired.
