You will know your professional relationship with your counsellor is a right fit if you feel understood, heard, you feel you can trust and be open with your counsellor, and you feel supported.

All of our clinicians offer a complimentary consultation to ensure that you are comfortable with the fit before moving forward.

We invite you to visit our Team Page to learn more about our clinicians.

Therapy helps you become better equipped to cope, problem-solve, and see your presenting situation from a different perspective. Through therapy, clients acquire tools, knowledge, and skills to be applied to presenting concerns.

The time an individual, family, and/or couple spends in counselling depends on individual/family/couple needs and presenting concerns.
