I recognize that you may be experiencing challenges in your journey, so I welcome you to a safe space where we can work through those difficulties together. It’s not easy asking for support during those moments when we feel alone, and I’d like you to know that I’m here for you.
As a registered social worker, I have experience working with adults and older adults facing caregiver burnout, end of life, and loss.
Further to this, I have supported individuals and families to overcome challenges through life transitions, stress, anxiety, and depression. Along with this, I am skilled in supporting those who desire work/life balance, as well as leadership coaching.
My goal is to ensure that you are supported in a way that is best suited for you. My approach to therapy is holistic, where I foster balance for the body, mind, and spirit through strengths-based, trauma-informed, reflective, and anti-oppressive frameworks. There are several methodologies that I am knowledgeable of including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. Additionally, I am experienced in non-westernized and diverse approaches to therapy. I acknowledge that traditional talk therapy is not easy for everyone. We can work together to uncover a style that fosters healing, harmony, and restoration; whatever that may look like for you.
I look forward to joining you on your journey.
